Payment Links
Payment Links are shareable URLs that allow anyone to pay you in cryptocurrency. No website or technical integration required.
Creating a Payment Link
Section titled “Creating a Payment Link”From the Admin Panel
Section titled “From the Admin Panel”- Log into your Merchant Portal
- Navigate to Payment Links
- Enter the payment details:
- Amount (USD)
- Description/Label
- Customer email (optional)
- Click Generate Link
- Copy and share the link

- Copy your payment link
- Paste into a QR code generator
- Download and print or display
Email Signatures
Section titled “Email Signatures”Add a payment link to your email signature:

- Select Amount - If not pre-set, they enter the amount
- Choose Crypto - Select from available cryptocurrencies
- Scan QR Code - Pay with any compatible wallet
- Confirmation - Receive payment confirmation
The entire process typically takes under 3 minutes.
Tracking Payments
Section titled “Tracking Payments”All payments made through links appear in your admin panel:
- View by label to track specific invoices
- Filter by date range
- Export transaction history
Best Practices
Section titled “Best Practices”- Use descriptive labels - Include invoice numbers or order IDs
- Set specific amounts - Reduces errors and disputes
- Include in confirmation emails - Provide payment options at checkout
- Test your links - Verify they work before sending to customers
Limitations
Section titled “Limitations”- Links expire after the payment timeout (typically 15 minutes once started)
- Exchange rates are calculated at time of payment
- Minimum transaction amounts may apply
